3rd Gen trading

my friends trading cord doesnt work. it says it has a error when ever we finish
1. there is no such thing as a "simple question" forum
2. my trading cord is white with a game cube cord and 2 small cords for the sp
3. it says theres an error after we finish trading
help?

Please don't make another thread asking the same question. It's not hard to just check for the thread I referred you to, especially when it's stickied up at the top of the section.
