4th Gen Trainer Card

OK everybody, i need some help.

I've played Capture the Flag in the underground but still dont have the silver trainer card. I currently have the bronze, i was just wondering what i have to do. Thank you

To get silver you have to do pokemon league, capture 50 flags, and win a master contest.
But i think you can do the other 2 things instead its ur choice and i only know 1 of those thats win a 100 battles in a row at battle tower.
