    OK I looked on my pause screen on my trainer id on the back of it theirs nothing on it

    -Beat the E4
    -Link Up with Friends and Battle
    -Link Up with Friends and Trade
    -Link Up with Friends and do Contests
    -Compete in the Battle Tower
