For a fire red rom, does anyone have offsets to the front and back image palette and tile map of trainer card? Plus a tut on how to insert to unlz?

A quick search threw up this tutorial. Near the bottom are also the numbers for the trainer card bits you wanted.

1968- Trainer Card
1969- Player's Status Menu Trainer Card

These numbers are rough as the exact position can vary depending on your ROM.
