[Other] Trainer Editing With New Moves

Hi! Sorry if there is already a guide or this has already been answered but I've been searching and I can't find anything for this.

I'm trying to edit the trainers in fire red, and I'm using Mr.DollSteak's rom base and I'm trying to edit the trainers to have moves such as Flare Blitz. However, Flare blitz doesn't exist in fire red and so in Advance Trainer, these moves don't exist. How do I edit this? I've found the offsets to find the trainer data in a hex editor, but from there I don't know what I'm doing. Is there anyway to get around this? Either through hex editing or another tool?

Just edit the .ini to have the correct number of moves for your game and it will handle everything just fine.
