    I was just wondering, I know north of Mauville City is a building called Trainer hill. I usually get to go in it after the pokemon league, but i was wondering if it can be accessed before the pokemon league. If you can, let me know. Thanks!
     
    I don't think so. It was closed for me until after I destroyed the E4.

    I have the US version, and it always said they were "making adjustments" before I beat the E4. A friend of mine also got the same message.

    Why is it that the US\C, EUR, and AUS versions seem to be altered so that things are locked even tighter or just covered up completely?
     
    Oh... thats strange... why would the US version lock Trainer Hill until you beat E4?
    I could access it anytime on my Japanese Emerald.
