3rd Gen Trainer Hold Items?

    Does anyone know any in game trainers whose pokemon have hold items?
    I only know of the Blackbelt on route 115 in R/S/E and the fighting trainers on Island One in FR/LG which all hold Blackbelts.
     
    I think a few others have hold items but I don't remember which ones.

    Oh yeah I just remembered that on FR/LG, the two ladies on 5 Island have stardust on their pokemon and a nugget on the Flaafy.
     
    You need a pokemon which knows thief or covet, I believe thief is tm46.
     
    You can use covet, thief, or trick
    But trick will trade your hold item with the opponents
