[Other] Trainer name error upon changing [Platinum]

    Hello, so this is my first time trying to hack a Pokémon game, I have succeeded in changing a lot of the text of the base game mostly to learn how things work. Now my main problem is when I try to change trainer names, mainly trainer names after a certain length they will change to ?????????x as shown in the picture. What would be the steps to fix this?
