right =) since my post sucked, and really it's easier to have things set up first off, let's do it this way!

base plot: a bunch of kids travelling through the Hoenn region in search of 'Mons/Badges/etc.

Appearance: A bit small for his age (read: sometimes mistaken for being a little kid), dusty blonde hair that's choppily cut short, and green eyes. Red jacket with black sleeves, and loose khaki cargo pants. Carries around a blue backpack.
