Ok just a quick question about EV training. I know how to do it now. I just have a quick query.
Say I wanted to raise my Pokemons EV stats in HP. Bidoofs give out 1 EV point in HP. Does the level of the Bidoof affect EV training or just simply the normal level of your Pokemon? For example will a level 3 Bidoof and a level 16 Bidoof still just give out 1 EV point? Will it just give your Pokemon more EXP stats like normal?
