[Pokeemerald] Trait System (Multi abilities) for Expansion

    This feature branch for Pokeemerald Expansion allows you to assign multiple abilities to each pokemon. By default it allows up to 3 additional abilities but it can be modified to allow for more or less based on your preference and if you adjust the related Summary Screen UI to match.

    I've also included a spreadsheet which can be used by anyone to organize your pokemon and also to automatically generate the new code lines:
