3rd Gen Transfering from Diamond to Leaf Green?

Hey guys. I want to have a bellossom on my Leaf green that knows sythesis. I have one on my Diamond version. Is there a way to send it to my leaf green? and How?

...not possible.

you can transfer pokemon from leafgreen onto daimond via pal park, but it doesnt work in reverse.
