I've searched the entire internet for some expert advice on how to tranfer pokemon from gen 2 to gen 3 but all ive found is guys saying that you cant do it.

There must be some weird and wild way, whatever it takes so if you have any solutions please post them here

PS: No saying that its impossible, its not the answer i want

If the only right answer which is "It's impossible" doesn't satisfy you..

You can only hack somehow exact same pokemon in 3 gen, nothing more.

Nintendo didn't make It possible to transfer from gen 2 to 3 in any normal way.

Edit: To correct myself, not "exact same" but "similar" since pokemon aren't built in the same way in gen 2 and 3.

I've heard that the main problem is the efforts value structure overhaul they did for Gen 3. It looks like it'd take a lot of time and energy to devise a working 'bridge' to transfer Pokemon over without getting bad eggs/missingnos/whatever that might come out and break the game. Then there's the whole problem with transferring from the GBC to the GBA, although that might not be too difficult since it's been done with GBA to DS games. (red herring, but I just now noticed that GB, GBC, and GBA have the first three letters of the English alphabet in their acronyms)

I don't know what the code looks like, but I'm sure people have tried before and given up because it's not worth the time or energy to bother with, Nintendo being among them. And I'm sure people have asked this question before here too. The best answer is a question: why bother?

If you don't want that answer, then here's something lighter: you can't do it. I mean, there's a reason that everywhere else you've asked, you've gotten that answer, because it's the truth. I'm sorry. That's just how it is. I know it sucks, but there were just too many changes to EVs and such between generations, so even if there were technical capabilities to do it, it probably still couldn't be done because of said changes. Please use the Q&A thread next time you have a question.
