4th Gen Transfering up glitched pokemon

    My question for the forums involves an old 4th gen glitch that works with any of the 4th gen games. Some one on youtube demonstrated it to me. 1:02-2:42 youtube.com/watch?v=rOa3luX1oR4 . my question regarding this glitch involves transferring pokemon up all the way to pokebank. If I have a glitched pokemon like demonstrated in the video, could I transfer it up to my current gen 6 games or would pokebank filter it out?
