Well, you could have just looked it up on Google. This seems as if it'll do the job. Just select Japanese to English (it may be a rough translation but at least you'll get the point) and then you'll understand. :)
Or for the exact language names (considering B/W has two language options in Japanese), there's probably more precise translators out there. Google is your friend.
