[Question] translucent

    Hello! Well i found this image the other day in google and i loved it and i wanted to make a Form For octillery that looks like him:

    So, i tried to but I don't consider myself as a good artist and I don't know how to make it to look loke he's translucent so i came here to have some feedback about it and looking if someone has some advice for the translucent thing. (The brain is silver because i also wanted to it to look like the moon xd)
