Transparent Water

    Hey Guys! I'm new here, my name is Murilo and i started to create a Poke fan Game.
    I saw some tilesets in which the water is transparent, and wanted to know how to do it.

    Something like this:
    [PokeCommunity.com] Transparent Water
     
    Those tilesets have the underwater part drawn to look transparent already, when they're not
