    If I wanted to start a new game in Platinum is there any way to trick PBR into thinking I'm using my old save file using something like Action Replay?
     
    I don't think there is, since when you delete your save file, everything gets deleted with it. If you're just looking to change your ID and SID to your old one however, that can easily be done using pokesav.
