This Rayquaza was caught on a used Sapphire GBA cart when I bought it from the game store. I saw the nature and was surprised when I went to check IVs. 29 HP, 29 Def, and 23 Sp. Def makes for a sturdy rayquaza. An amazing 30 Atk IVand 29 Speed IV allow it to fulfill its job as the uber sweeper. Lastly, the high 25 Sp. Atk IV provides a strong Overheat.

This Rayquaza is ready for battle. Its moves are already PP maxed for you and it comes holding a Life Orb. The EV spread works around the 29 speed IV. 224 speed EVs gives it 308 Speed at lv. 100, enough to outspeed all scarfed base 90s (including Scarfed timid Kyogre) after one Dragon Dance.
