I don't think so honestly...
Jirachi is an event so... You obviously GOT IT at events :) Or on a special edition disc of hum... Colosseum for Gamecube if I remember well

But otherwise than that, and trading of course... It's impossible to get.
Please forgive any mistake that I can make. It's 1:32 am so...
 
No mistakes. You CANNOT acquire Jirachi legally in the game, no matter what you do. Please don't fall for any of those stupid rumors. The space ship one makes me laugh.
