Hello, I made a post on the city hall but was informed i should post here. In a nutshell i am trying to patch a ROM to play on my android device, but after some failed attempted i am trying to patch it on my PC first then swap it. Both times i tried patching 2 different files with 2 different patches, they came out as .exe files and it wont let me run them with an emulator. If anyone can help me out it'd be greatly appreciated

Which hack are you trying to patch onto which rom?

EG: You need to use the correct patching software, whether it be IPS, UPS, NUPS.

10/10 times the rom you need to patch MUST be 1.0 and not anything else.

For instance - Use Lunar IPS, open it, select APPLY IPS PATCH, choose the .IPS file you want to use, then choose the ROM you want to patch it onto.

It'll say "Successfully Patched" or something like that, then you should be good to play it in a working emulator or transfer it to your android device and play it from whatever emulator droids use.
