[PokeCommunity.com] Twilight Princess ..... trading cards?

"This colorful 86-card set will take you on a journey with Link, a farm boy in the land of Hyrule, who is catapulted into an epic adventure to save Hyrule from being enveloped by a looming darkness - the Twilight. Meet his friends, enemies, the evil bosses he confronts on his mission, and learn useful game tips along the way. Look for key characters, weapons, special game tips, fun content, and more. You'll also want to look for the special 9-card gold foil set!

These cards are only being released in the US and will come in 4-card foil sets which contain the following:

    3 Trading Cards
    1 Special Foil Card
    1 Tattoo Card
1 Sweepstakes Card. (You could win a Wii or T-Shirt with this.)

Each pack will be priced at $1.99. Keep in mind these are trading cards and will not be played like a card game such as like Yu-Gi-Oh!"

Lol, isn't that funny? I would have never seen this coming. The only store I know that has these is Target.

Edit: Oops, I forgot we had an Other Cards forum. Sorry. >_<

    Mehhh?
That's so crazy, it's hilarious. What next? Smash bros trading cards?
I wonder if I'll be able to get my hands on a few packs...I wish you could do card games with them.

i dont see the point in "trading-cards" i see the point in yu-gi-oh and pokemon cards because they have a purpose. I dont see what having possession of a card, then trading it away for a new one is all about.

Everything has trading cards in Japan. If you go to a store that sells Japanese product, especially an anime store or something, you'll see all sorts of card packages from series you didn't even know existed.

It is a touch rare that they make it to the English coast, though. It makes sense that the biggest franchises would get them, though. :x
