3rd Gen two questions on emerald.

A. everytime i fish, i get a bite and it gets away. so what do i do there?

B. how in the hell do i make pokeblocks and where?

im about to hit the elite 4 and i still have no idea on these two. thanks.

A: You have to hit the A button when you get a bite.

B: I believe you do so in the contest buildings.

when i when a master rank contest,the picture wont go into the art museum.

You make pokeblocks in the contest buildings but you needs berrys to do so.
