Ok, I have 2 tyrogues, I want to try and evolve one to hitmontop, any idea how to get?

When you appraise Tyrogue, what stats it has determines its evolution.
If it only has HP it will evolve into Hitmontop, Defense then Hitmonchan and Attack is Hitmonlee. If it has two of them it will only evolve into either of the ones represented. All three then its random.
