[Eventing Question] Type selection event help please

Okay, so I'm trying to make a fan-game were you can pick a Pokemon type to play with (meaning you can only catch Ppokemon of a certain type) and this is a few images of an event right at the start. Basically I have a sprite that changes depending on choices the player makes but I'm having trouble figuring out why the sprite change is activated when choosing any type, any help would be greatly appreaciated.
