I've been thinking about the type weaknesses and resistances and how some of them do make sense while others don't. I don't think that Normal should be weak to Fighting. Does any one have any other weaknesses/resistances that you think don't make sense?

The logic might be (might be!!) that normal people are not as healthy as "muscular" people. And if you say that apply to humans, well: "Mind over Matter" explains Psychic vs. Poison.

While water acts as a conduit for electricity, water can also short out electrical devices, so Water should technically have been strong to Electric. And I think Steel should be weak to water too as it will rust if it doesn't have anti-corrosive properties.

Rock and water have mutual "weakness" in real life, as waves broke at big rocks. The fact that rocks are somehow pulverized over (hundreds?) years isn't enough to justify Water vs Rock alone.
