I know he sucks, but I'm going to try him as a Subrevver/Endurephlosion (that name was random off the top of my head, it sure is neat though).

    Typholsion@Salac Berry/Liechi Berry
    EVs:252 Attack, 252 Speed, 6 HP
    Nature:Adamant
    Endure
    Substitute
    Reversal
    Quick Attack

It's alright, but I want some opinions.
    :D

    why sub and endure?

    Typhy
    ~endure
    ~Rev
    ~Fire Blast/ Over Heat
    ~Shadow Ball/ HP: ghost/ HP: Ice

makes short work of a bunch of stuff

ITs not as fragile as you think. It can't take a non stabbed EQ and with the speed boost it can beat mence, gengar, lax, metagross, jolt, Aero, and a bunch of other standards

I have a really awesome Typhlosion in a box at home, I don't have him here though since I'm at school, however IIRC it's something like Flamethrower/Thunderpunch/Ice Punch (Could be HP Ice)/Brick Break or Earthquake.

I have a Salac Berry on him, so that when he DOES get low on HP, he gets a Speed Boost, and he can pop off some really nice Flamethrowers.

I'll come up with something not so standard when I get home, I know there is alot more to Typhlosion they we've seen.

As for the Reversalist idea, it works, but not as good as Blaziken due to lack of STAB.

The thing is, he has the same stats as Charizard, and I can see alot of potential in that as he isn't 4x weak to Rock like Zard is, and even with his Ground weakness, he can take a hit.

EDIT: Just noticed you want physiphlosion (Physical Typhlosion :P)

For a physical one, off the top of my head, you are on the right track with Subrevving, and I believe Subrevving > Endrevving, as Sub allows you to stat up if they decide to switch.

Something like Sub/Swords Dance/Reversal/Shadow Ball would work extremely well, if he can't get Swords Dance, try Bulk Up.. I'm at school and can't check :P

I just checked, he doesn't get shadow ball

Okay then HP Ghost > Shadow Ball since he doesn't get it.

I should really not post movesets and stuff when I can't get on Netbattle and suss things out :P

    =(

but, I wanted a standard sweeper

    ~Brick Break
    ~Shadow Ball
    ~HP Ice
    ~Flame Thrower

takes out tar, gengar, mence, Forry, skarm, metagross, and blissey

does decent damage to Snorlax too

You could try Thunderpunch > Shadow Ball, which I think would be legit for Typhlosion, then he could cover weak water types.

And that's really all the extra coverage he would get.

HP Dark to show Claydol who's boss, until he quakes you.

Could consider HP Bug as a sure Celebi counter aswell, since they are mostly Calm Minders which gets rid of the Fire weak.

Typlosion is so much better at being a Sp.Sweeper. Why not use Blaziken?
And why use Endure and Sub?
    Just Sub is good enough.
    Maybe:
    Reversal
    Substitute
    Quick Attack/Earthquake
    Flamethrower/Something (Rock slide??? HP Ghost???)

I think that because Typh's base stats give him more leverage in Special Attacks over normal attacks, it's best to have him either Special or mixed, instead of going Reversalist, as Blaziken can cover that role nicely.

Flamethrower/Ice Punch/Thunderpunch/Brick Break should do the job nicely.

OR you could try this, to cover SkarmBliss a little more efficiently: Flamethrower/Brick Break/Sub/Ice Punch or Thunderpunch.

You could consider Focus Punch in there aswell if he learns it.

The idea of Sub is to avoid Blissey's TWave, since she CAN take a Brick Break from Typh, if you could pull something like that off and start Focus Punching, you'd be in.

    Okay, physical and different?

I'll see what I can do.

    Typhlosion (M) @ Salac Berry
    Trait: Blaze
    EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 SDef
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Endure
    - Howl
    - Reversal
    - Hidden Power [Ghost]/Overheat
Okay, basically same old same old, but you have Howl to raise attack.

Here's something a little different for Ty aswell.

    Typhlosion (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Blaze
    EVs: 28 HP / 163 Atk / 133 Def / 137 SAtk / 49 SDef
    Brave Nature (+Atk, -Spd)
    - Substitute
    - Focus Punch
    - Flamethrower
    - Hidden Power [Dragon]
Subpunch, obvious enough, Flamethrower and HP Dragon isn't resisted by anything either, a win win situation here :D.
He deliberately is made slow in Speed so he can get a Sub up LAST against average Speed pokemon, but he'll get in FIRST against you're regular slow stat users (Weezing, Dusclops, Blissey).

Here's another one, Choice Banded now though.

    Typhlosion (M) @ Choice Band
    Trait: Blaze
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Earthquake
    - Aerial Ace
    - Brick Break
    - Rock Slide
    Choice Band, covers everything here.

He is pretty versatile wouldn't you say?

LH why dont u have NB in school? in my school,we install cracked copies of war3 FT lol. we play secretly during lesson time or after school =D.

Lol, that popped up out of no where :P

Anyway, we could get NB on the schools computers, but trust me, I'd get caught.

Oh, actually, the administrators of the school just cancel it from their computer, so we can't.

Sure can I've got a couple more to show.

    Typhlosion (M) @ Petaya Berry/Leftovers
    Trait: Blaze
    EVs: 28 HP / 164 Atk / 124 Def / 56 Spd / 104 SAtk / 32 SDef
    Hasty Nature (+Spd, -Def)
    - Substitute
    - Sunny Day
    - Flamethrower
    - Focus Punch/Brick Break
The idea is to Sub, Sunny Day and start hammering away with Flamethrower, if something that resists appears, hit em with Focus Punch.
Brick Break is an option if you are afraid of your Sub being constantly broken.
Petaya Berry + Blaze + Stab + Sunny Day = A lotta damage.

    Typhlosion (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Blaze
    EVs: 28 HP / 119 Atk / 111 Def / 120 SAtk / 132 SDef
    Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
    - Toxic
    - Hidden Power [Psychic]
    - Flamethrower
    - Brick Break
Toxic things. Flamethrower Steels, HP Psychic Poisons since Earthquake can't get Weezing.
Brick Break things like Snorlax, or Houndoom, who can't be FT'd or HP Psychic'd.
I think the set could work out okay, I mean, he gets 239 Defence and Special Defence, so he won't die immediately.

Or the Mixed Sweeping Pholsion of doom.

    Typhy@Lefties/Petaya Berry/Liechi Berry
    EVs:252 Speed, 129 Sp. attack, 129 Attack
    Nature:Naughty
    Flamethrower
Sunny Day/T-Punch (if he can learn it in Emerald)
    Substitute
    Focus Punch

With 299 Speed, it ties in with a maxed Speed EVed, and non Speed boosting nature Mence. He can cover his weakness with T-Punch, (if he can learn it) and can try to K.O. a Bliss with Subpunch, or he can hide behind the sub, and throw special attacks.
    :D
