    In G/S/C, Typhlosion could learn T/Punch, making it the one of two Fire types that could self-cover against water (Magmar was the other). In FR/LG, they took that away from Typhlo. If this makes you mad, please post in this thread. If not, just select the "Do not care" option of the poll and leave quickly.
     
    Always correcting you, he can learn it again in Emerald, by using amove tutor. So were all very happy again!:D
     
    I believe the move tutor is in the Battle Frontier
