Intro

There once was a time when Pokemon roamed freely among fields, hid in tall grass and forests, and peacefully swam out in the ocean.

That time is gone.

Dark forces now control most of the Pokemon world. All humans were evacuated from all regions to the real world with the help of Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, and Arceus. But before they could evacuate the pokemon, Arceus and all the legendaries fell at the hands, or hand, of the dark forces.

The only regions that are free are Johto, Kanto, and Unova. And the fate of the Pokemon world rests in the paws of a Typhlosion.

This is where the story begins.

Typhlosion never really knew anyone, and no one really knew him. Typhlosion never had any parents to watch over him as a Cyndaquil, so he had to fend for himself. Typhlosion learned how to fight by watching other Pokemon fight. Being creative, Typhlosion taught himself moves no other Pokemon know. He also learned how to build tents by watching homeless people do so everyday. He's a tireless wanderer, longing for a purpose.

One day, while strolling through the Ilex Forest looking for berries, Typhlosion hears a cry for help by a fellow Pokemon. He rushes to the source of the cry to find a female Gardevior being ambushed by 3 Shedninja who are wrapped by a dark aura.

The Gardevior starts screaming,"Somebody help me!!!", since a Psychic type has little chance against 3 Bug type pokemon. Gardevior starts to thrash about while using Thunder Punch.

Typhlosion sighs, and quickly sneaks up behind one of the Shedninja. Typhlosion grabs the Shedninja and scorches it with an intense beam of fire. He then slams the flaming Shedninja at the second one and both fall to the ground, unconscious. The third Shedninja stops attacking Gardevior, turns to Typhlosion, and starts to charge a dark ball made of shadows. Gardevior gets a good hit on the Shedninja, and the Shedninja falls to the ground, unconscious.

Typhlosion turns around and starts to walk away.

Gardevior suddenly asks Typhlosion,"Hey! Where are you going?"

Typhlosion stops and replies," Nowhere, leave me alone.",then continues to walk away.

" Can I come with you?"

Typhlosion stops again, turns around and says to Gardevior," Why would you want to come with me?"

"If it wasn't for you, I probably would be a slave right now. And I need someone to protect me."

Typhlosion sighs, and replies,"Fine." before being hugged by Gardevior.

Typhlosion shows little liking to Gardevior's hug and tells her to get off of him.

Gardevior stops hugging Typhlosion and says,"Thank you, uh...sir."

"My name is Typhlosion, remember it."

Typhlosion continues to walk in a certain direction, this time with Gardevior following close behind.

Gardevior asked,"So where are we going Typhlosion?"

Typhlosion replied,"We're going to Goldenrod City to look for food and supplies."

"But aren't you aware of what's happening to the world?"

"Huh?"

Gardevior explains the situation to Typhlosion.

"...and thats why it's not safe to be in the open."

"What? I thought Johto was free of the dark forces."

"Yes, but there are several entering Johto."

"Like the Shedninja that attacked you?"

"Yes..."

Typhlosion stoped and thought of something for a moment, then said, "We still need to go to Goldenrod City for supplies."

"But it's not safe Typhlosion."

Typhlosion ignored what Gardevior said and kept walking with her.

Gardevior cried,"We can't go their!"

"You mean you can't go."

Gardevior raised her voice a little, and cried,"It's dangerous! They'll kill us!"

"If there are any forces, I can take them."

Gardevior suddenly screamed,"I'M SCARED!"

Typhlosion turned around to Gardevior to see her starting to cry. Gardevior sat down on the ground and continued crying.

"Come on, don't cry."

Gardevior seems to be almost curled up in a ball now.

Typhlosion sighs, turns around away from Gardevior, and says," Get on my back."

Gardevior,who is full of tears, looks up at Typhlosion, then stands up and climbs on his back. Gardevior's arms reach Typhlosion's arms, and they hold hands hands. Her dress drags slightly on the ground. Gardevior is still crying.

Typhlosion sighs again, then asks Gardevior," Did you just evolve yesterday?"

Gardevior mutters a short,"Yes.", then stops crying.

Typhlosion sighs yet again, and they head towards Goldenrod City.

Ch 1

After thirty minutes of effortlessly carrying Gardevior on his back through the Ilex Forest, Typhlosion starts to see an exit. Gardevior notices a small tree bearing odd fruit to the right. The tree bears oranges that shine a blue color, but since this is the pokemon world, lets call them giant shiny Oran berries[GSO for short].

Gardevior asks Typhlosion," Hey, can we eat those berries over there?"

Typhlosion looks at the GSO berries, then harshly replies,"No."

"But I'm hungry!"

"I said NO."

Gardevior suddenly teleports to the tree. She plucks a berry from it and opens her mouth.

Typhlosion yells,"STOP! IF YOU EAT THAT YOU'LL DIE!",while rushing towards Gardevior.

Ignoring this, she puts the GSO berry into her mouth. Typhlosion panics a little and puts his mouth on Gardevior's. It looks like they're kissing, but Typhlosion is trying to get the berry with his tongue.

After a few moments, Typhlosion backs away with the berry in his mouth. He spits it out, thens looks at Gardevior. She is blushing,and has a surprized expression on her face.

Typhlosion says to Gardevior,"Next time, listen to me when I say not to eat something. Lets go."

Typhlosion starts to walk as if nothing happened. Gardevior rushes to Typhlosion's right side and walks closely with him. She is still blushing.

They both finnaly exit the Ilex Forest. Typhlosion is shocked at what appears before him.

It's looks like a baseball stadium, except it's twice as big. It's colored black, and it has a Team Plasma logo across it.

"So Typhlosion, past this stadium is Goldenrod City?"

"I think we should leave, NOW."

Suddenly, a voice behind them yells,"WHO GOES THERE?!"

Ch 2

Typhlosion and Gardevoir turn around to see a Blaziken. And Blazekin doesn't look very happy.

Blaziken yells at Typhlosion," WHAT IS SHE DOING HERE?!?"

Typhlosion calmly replies," I found her out here by herself."

Blaziken starts to panic. "What?! Why isn't she in her Po-I mean the stage?"

"I don't know, but if you need her, take her."

Typhlosion turns to Gardevoir, points to Blaziken, and tells her to go to Blaziken.

Gardevoir starts to speak to Typhlosion telepathically. "...{What are you doing Typhlosion?}"

[Typhlosion:"...{Just play along with what happens.}"]

Gardevoir starts to walk towards Blaziken when he pulls out a Pokeball from his "pants". This Pokeball has a Team Plasma symbol on the top of it.

Blaziken throws the Plasma-ball at Gardevoir, and it instantly consumes her in a bright, blue light. Momentarily, the light glows so bright, it blinds Typhlosion. After it fades, Gardevoir is nowhere to be seen.

Blaziken says to Typhlosion," So, you'll be entering the tournament too, huh?"

Typhlosion, having no idea what Blaziken is talking about, replies," Yeah. I heard there was a prize. What was it again?

Blaziken waves the Pokeball Gardevoir is in and answers in a taunting sort of way," This pretty thing." Blaziken laughs as he walks away from Typhlosion.

[Typhlosion:"...{Freakin ***tard}"]

Typhlosion starts to approach a black gate in front of the stadium when Blaziken yells to Typhlosion," Don't go in that way! Take the white gate!"

Typhlosion goes completly around the outside of the stadium to find a white gate. It's twice as big as Typhlosion. He opens it, takes two steps, and is suddenly surrounded by a blinding, bright light. After it fades, Typhlosion finds himself on a floor made of tiles. It's as big as a football field, and in the middle, is a Team Plasma symbol. Typhlosion looks around the tile field and sees stains of blood. Oddly, it's way too quiet too be a stadium. When Typhlosion actually looks up from the blood stained floor, the sight is horrifying.

He sees rows and rows of cages containing Pokemon. Some cages had fully evolved Pokemon, others had cute little ones like Pichu, Piplup, and Buneary. Too many other cages had Pokemon who were beaten up or abused in some kind of way.

Beside the cages were gun-wielding Plasma Grunts. And i'm not talking about some silly riot control guns with rubber bullets that hurt like hell, I mean fully-automatic blood- shedding,flesh-tearing, grenade launching weapons of mass destruction [Think Call of Duty]. However, something was off about the Plasma Grunts...

Typhlosion thought to himself,{What kind of HEARTLESS BAS**** WOULD DO SOMETHING LIKE THIS!?}.

Suddenly, a dark, purple light appears on the other side of the somewhat bloody tile field.

When the light dissapears, a crying Pichu wearing a blue scarf appears. A loud, deep voice coming from nowhere yells," Fight to the Death! Pokemon Style!"

"What?!"
