Ultimate Annoyer?

Quick vote on the ultimate annoyer, i like gengar with toxic mean look, destiny bond and confuse ray, or ludiculo with rain dance (if it has rain dish) ingrain leech seed and giga drain. please comment on my choices or suggest ur own :)

In my opinion, annoyers are bad. You didn't ask that, of course, but I don't think that those two make good annoyers. They have much beter things to do. A Gyarados will shut down that Gengar completley, and, well, that same Gyarados (or any Grass type) will shut down Ludicolo.

i dnt use annoyers all that much, i only use em to aggravate my bro who cant ev train lol

Flichhax togekiss? The only good one along with ludicolo. Those would be my choices. I mean, leech seed is an automatic switch and hammers blissey, and rain dish w/ lefties...and dive. That's annoyance. You know, umbreon + ludicolo makes a great combo...leech seed pwns blissey. But sims is right, annoyers aren't all too great.
