umbreon baton toss

    how do i get a umbreon to learn baton toss?breed it?if so what pokemon?
     
    Leave it as an Eevee until it learns it, during his 30's somewhere I think.

    The evolutions don't learn it, you need to just not evolve Eevee if I remember correctly.

    Only Eevee can learn it on level 36.You already made a thread like this in Pokemon General.
