Umbreon moveset?

    So a good Umbreon moveset I'm thinking of is Curse, Moonlight, Heal Bell, and Helping Hand. But...how do I get it to learn Heal Bell??
     
    Heal Bell can only be learned by Umbreon in HG/SS by a Move Tutor.

    In the future please pay attention to where you're posting. This is not the right place for anything about movesets, battling, or the games.
