    What is a good moveset for it? I son't have it currently, so it's moveset, obviously I can't give.

    There ya go, found what you posted in someone else's thread :P
     
    Swagger works in line with Mean Look. Substitute is... well... substitute. And Dark Pulse is for the sake of an attacking move.
     
    Also, I really would max out those defense EVs, so it has a chance of surviving physical sweepers, or max its special defense for the special sweepers. Since the physical are more common, I'd max defense...it needs every EV and IV point it can get in 4th gen...maybe that's why I play emerald.
     
    For the final slot, Yawn / Charm are options also worth using. Charm lowers the opponent's attack, then allowing Umbreon to take on physical sweepers and provide safer switching for whatever is sent out against the enemy. Yawn forces switches in order for Umbreon to Baton Pass to something else easier. Swagger can find its way on the moveset, but in my opinion, it isn't as reliable as some of the other options.
     
    Yeah, charm gives a good chance that the opponent will switch, assuming it's a physical sweeper, which should allow you to pass mean look to somebody...though you wil;l take a beating.
