    Umm I'll do some information checks.. How Do I know if a Poke is Ev trained? Most of mine were obtained through friends from other forums and over the Gts...

    I think first of all, you need the check the legitimacy of the Lv.100s you got through GTS. People put Hacked Pokemon there all the time.

    There used to be a thread where you could get them checked... but I don;t know if it's still running.
