Unforgettable

The person you are is unforgettable.
The way you are outmatches the others.
The words you speak are words of a god.
Your heart is nothing but pure.
Your kindness is infinite.
Your personality is the warm light that fills everyone's heart.
You are unforgettable.

As I try so hard to erase you from my mind,
You come back again to haunt me.
The beautiful image that will not go away,
Is stuck with me forever.

I want to embrace you, to hug you, to kiss you.
I want you to be by my side forever.
However, you do not, and you leave.
All there left to remember you by
Is the unforgettable "you" left in my head.
You are unforgettable.

^ This sentence doesn't seem to be grammatically correct to me. :\ No, it doesn't come under your poetic license. XD;

Leaving all that apart, you have described your thoughts well. Try adding some twists into your poem instead of just describing things straight-forward.
