In Pokemon victory you are given one mega stone and one anti- mega stone, well to get more is easy and is 100% legit no hack.
First get at least 30 ultra balls and go to central area using fly, once you're at central area look for a cave on the other side of the cave you will see a patch of grass run in it until you find Ampharos-M once you catch it use the anti- mega stone, it will turn into a normal Ampharos.
For the last step you will need to fly to Volcano town, go to the old man in the cave and talk to him he will give you a mega stone and an anti-mega stone.
You can do this as much as you want but the only problem is not much pokemon mega evolve.
Btw you can evolve Mewtwo into Mewtwo-X
