    Hi!

I didn't see a thread on this, hopefully nobody's asked this before...

I noticed even when the header and offsets are completely different in Advance Map, some maps (like some houses or the harbors on the Sevi Islands) in Fire Red load up in-game exactly the same as the last one you edited.

In other words, if I edited the harbor on One Island (32.4), all the harbors on every other island would load up the same exact map with different events in-game, even though the maps in Advance Map appear unchanged. This would not change until I edited one again, causing every other harbor to change to whatever I just made.

Hopefully that makes sense... Is there a way to disable this? Or would I have to redo my maps and insert new ones to the header?

    Thanks!

The cause of this is explained in this thread.
Ignoring the linked maps and creating new maps instead is an easy work-around to this.
