[Graphics] Unused Tilesets in FR

    Upon seeing a list of the tilesets I noticed that some were missing particularly 55, 16, 56, etc. My question is whether or not it is safe to upload my own pallets and map tiles into these values. I noticed pokemon gaia uses 55 as a primary tileset for its snow tiles. Am I able to do the same? Or will it corrupt other tilesets and pallets? Also are any of them specific to being primary or secondary? Thanks.
