Updated my team, won't it be fun to rate it? Hm?

This is my ruby team. I changed it because I couldn't get some of the pokemon or moves I wanted before and I'd like to have my online team be the same as my gameboy one. The moves in brackets are the ones I'll use online...I can't get them in the game.

Oh, and I still can't figure out this whole nature thing and am also pretty clueless on items. If someone could direct me to a page that explains these things that'd be swell. (EDIT- actually, just tell me the best things to use. I'm never gonna be battling anyone outside of the game with my gameboy team so it doesn't really matter to me what their natures are...I just need to know the best for online battles)

    Ninjask-Speed Boost
    Swords Dance
    Baton Pass
    Facade (Silver Wind)
    Protect (Substitute)

    Breloom-Effect Spore
    Spore
    Focus Punch
    Leech Seed
Mach Punch/Attract--annoyance or a first strike move?

    Lanturn-Volt Absorb
    Thunder Wave
    Confuse Ray
    Thunderbolt
    Ice Beam

    Sharpedo-Rough Skin
    Surf
    Crunch
    Earthquake
    Slash (Return)

    Dusclops-Pressure
    Confuse Ray
    Will O Wisp
    Shadow Punch (Pain Split)
    Theif (Protect)

    Slaking-Truant
    Hyper Beam
    Shadow Ball
    Fire Blast
    Aerial Ace (Earthquake)

I'm aware my status altering moves conflict...but in practise I havn't found that a problem...if a paralyzed pokemon comes out against my sleeper big deal, I just pound the crap out of it.

Status conflict is not that much of a problem, because it doesn't take too long for a heal beller to come out anyway if they have one.

Nature is rather simple... besides the neutral nature, each nature boosts a stat by 10%, while lowering another stat by 10%. Just have to look for a chart (should be in RS FAQ) for which nature boosts what and lowers what, and then keep breeding the same Pokemon until you got the nature you want!

Ninjask- good, and use either leftovers, or liechi berry. You should be able to get Silver Wind from Beautifly.

Breloom- be sure to use a speed boosting nature, preferably jolly. Use mach punch definitely as it's a LOT better than attract can ever dream of. Dump leech seed for HP Ghost or sludge bomb as well. Use lum berry.

Lanturn- use either leftovers or lum berry. The moveset is fine.

    Sharpedo- use lum berry again. Isn't return an infinite TM though? o.o;

    Dusclops- use leftovers as items.

Slaking- use lum berry as items.

There's Blissey also but I don't see a lot of them using Heal Bells much.

Blissey and Miltank are the most common heal bell/aromatherapist. The other UU but still appears occassionally are...

-Celebi (legendary but not enough to be Ubar, and an underrated supreme baton passer of swords dance or calm mind)
    -Granbull
    -Delcatty
    -Chimecho (popular in UU teams)

There are others but they're in the realm of NU...
