If the moderators of Strategies and Movesets feel that the RMT thread is set up well enough to be approved, then they will aprove it. Sometimes it just takes a while for moderators of that forum to log into PC and check, other times your thread won't get approved if you don't follow the S&M rules. Just be patient, and your trhead will be approved, but if it doesn't, try reformatting your RMT so it is more easily viewable.
