Urgent help needed. could have a v rare card!

I have a first edition squirtle team rocket card. but its a holo and cant seem to find the card online. is it ultra rare or a fake???

The team rocket set Squirtle isn't supposed to be holo, is the whole card foil?

Sounds fake, but I suppose it could be a promo. Back then I think all promo cards had a "Promo" star, though, so it'd be pretty obvious. I've never heard of a holo version of that card, otherwise, so I'm leaning on fake.

After having a quick Google, no holo first edition comes up at all only the normal ones so I'm going with it's a fake unfortunately.
