I tried that, if I remember correctly in addition to the game file, I need to have a certain file in it?

Well, if yopu were using RPG Maker XP, you would need RGSS10e.dll, but I belive you said you are using RM2K3, so I don't know what you need. Also @ MR.GLITCH_KING, you didn't even fully read the post. They are NOT using RMXP, and therefore, your instructions aren't accurate. Not only that, but RM2K3 doesn't have an RTP.

oh sry my bad
idk then i never rly bothered with 2k or 2k3

EDIT:
nope rm2k3 does in fact have a rtp

What is RM2K3?
RM2K3 is the upgrade to RM2K. RM2K3 stands for RPG Maker 2003. There are very few upgrades, so I don't recommend getting this unless you want a few extra features. It's better than 2000 if you're making a Final Fantasy game, but not as good for Pokémon games.

Where can I get RM2K(3)?
To download RM2K(3), go to www.rmdownloads.com to get the files and the RTP as well as several games and utilities.

What is this RTP you speak of?
RTP stands for Run Time Package. RTP is inclusive of all the files that RPG Maker comes with to help you get started.
