I'm kinda new to this so do whatever you like but the general idea here was to get Ursaring out as fast as possible and wreck stuff around town with Expert Belt. I have Snorlax because it also utilizes the Double Colourless Energy and fits in nicely. And lastly, I know it sucks ]:

Don't know too much about this decklist, but i do know that you should find a way to add in Unown P, to "place" a damage counter on Ursaring Prime, and activate Beserk, that way you can hit for 110 with Hammer Arm and discard top card of opponents deck.
