Alright guys i just recently bought heart gold from a game stop and there is a boat load of pokemon on it this guy had legands and some events. Do you think it is morally right to transfer these pokemon. What would you do??

I don't see what it wouldn't be haha
If they sold it they had no intention on getting it back. and If they didn't reset the games to get rid of their file before selling it, then they probably acknowledged that someone else could use their Pokemon. I'd go ahead and transfer them into your own game, if I were you :)

Um. Yes, it's "morally" right to transfer them. He gave them up, you got his gold. Take advantage of it.
