3rd Gen Using Ciro's to get legit pokemon.

Does anyone know if there is any way to get a legit pokemon using ciro's pokemon maker?

You can make something look legit, but it will never be legit.

Just like Pokesav your pokemon will never be legit, considering you can make its stats completely perfect (Nature/IV/EV).

Nope, if the data has come from an external device it's a hack and always will be. I dont know what Ciro is, but if you can hack items then you can activate events to get semi-legit event pokes.

But I just created a hacked magikarp and only limited the EV's and i was able to enter it into emerald. Doesn't that count as legit.

Nope, because it was created in an illegitimate way. If you have used a hacking device to any degree, it's hacked.

Nope you can't.That's cheating,if you want it legit you have to either train,catch,or breed for one to be legit.
