This team is terrible. . . That's why I need your help! ;D I've only won 3 times out of like 20(Those were sandstorm teams).

    Lead~~~
    Electrode@Damp Rock
    Hasty- 252 ATK 228 SPD 28 SPE
    ~Explosion
    ~Rain Dance
    ~Taunt
    ~Thunder

Explosion is there for obvious purposes. Apparently Electrode is the fastest poke in UU with 140 Speed. I use it to set up Rain Dance. Taunt sort of fails at blocking stealth rock since I can never predict. Thunder is there for killing other RD teams(Better than Bolt since it's raining).
    Feraligatr@Leftovers
    Adamant- 28 HP 252 ATK 228 SP
    ~Waterfall
    ~Earthquake
    ~Swords Dance
    ~Ice Punch
Feraligatr is actually pretty bulky. It's not that frail, but I guess it's slow. I'm thinking of switching SD with DD instead, because it's so slow. Waterfall is there for Rain+STAB boosts. Ice punch is for killing stupid flying types. Earthquake kills off Registeel which somehow manages to always beat the rest of my team.
    Quagsire@Leftovers
    Relaxed-Water Absorb- 252 HP 96 ATK 160 DEF
    ~Curse
    ~Waterfall
    ~Earthquake
    ~Yawn
Ahahhah. This is a lame version of Cursecune. I mainly use this to switch into TBolt. Waterfall is there for Rain+Stab. EQ is for STAB. Yawn is my onlt status move, and I use it on Pokes that I can't defeat.
    Toxicroak@Life Orb
    Jolly-Dry Skin- 64 HP 252 ATK 192 SPD
    ~Cross Chop
    ~Poison Jab
    ~Sucker Punch
    ~Thunderpunch
Dry Skin+Life Orb still gives it 2.5% HP, even after Life Orb. Cross Chop is good for STAB and 2OHKOs Chanseys. Poison Jab is something I don't really use, but it's there for STAB too. Sucker Punch is good for finishing off. Thunderpunch I use to kill flyings, but I considering replacing it, since most flyers are faster than this.

    Ludicolo@Damp Rock
    Calm-Rain Dish 204 HP 104 SPD 78 SPE 120 SPDEF
    ~Rain Dance
    ~Grass Knot
    ~Ice Beam
    ~Leech Seed
Leech Seed + Rain Dish gives it good recovery every turn. Grass Knot or Energy Ball? :/ Anyways Knot is used for countering other waters. Ice beam is there for flyers. I'm considering replacing Rain Dish with Swift Swim so he can attack first.
    Dewgong@Damp Rock
    Modest-Hydration 252 HP 252 SPE 4 SPD
    ~Ice Beam
    ~Surf
    ~Rain Dance
    ~Rest
I love Hydration+Rest. Ice Beam and Surf are there for stab. Nothing much to say.

There's my crappy team. Or maybe my team is good or my pokemon suck. I don't know. Anyways I'm thinking of replacing someone for something that isn't so reliant on Rain Dance, but still can benefit from it.

    Sorry I can't post pics.

Gatr wants Jolly with SD because it will already have enough Attack to OHKO a lengthy list of mons.

    Quagsire@Leftovers
    Relaxed Impish-Water Absorb- 252 HP 96 ATK 160 DEF

    ~Waterfall Ice Punch

Cool, except Waterfall. Ice Punch is more useful even in the rain.

    Toxicroak@Life Orb

This is a good set but I really like the idea of Swords Dance. (Although I suppose you already have a SDer). Your choice.

    Ludicolo@Damp Rock / Leftovers
    Calm-Rain Dish Swift Swim 204 HP 104 SPD 78 SPE 120 SPDEF
    ~Rain Dance / Surf
    ~Grass Knot
    ~Ice Beam
    ~Leech Seed
nononono. First of all, do you really need three Rain Dancers? If the answer is no, replace Rain Dance with Surf. You appear to be running the first Smogon set. Not only does that set notate Swift Swim, but it is also far superior as an ability. I suggest taking off Rain Dance, replacing Damp Rock, and changing your ability.

Gatr really does little to help your team. Toxicroak is probably a better choice for a Swords Dancer for two reasons:
    ○ If a counter for Toxicroak is switched in while or after you set up, there's a better chance you'll have something to switch to that can take the counters' hits.
    ○ Toxicroak is faster and has coverage that most members of your team don't.

Now, the purpose of a Rain Dance team is to take advantage of things that have Swift Swim or other things that set them apart from their opponents during Rain. Relicanth is a good replacement because it has Swift Swim and Rock Polish. I see no reason to post the set as it is the third one here.

Here is a list of all Swift Swim users. (All are UU legal except Kingdra) Floatzel, Kabutops, Gorebyss, Omastar, Qwilfish, or even (lol) Huntail may appeal to you as a replacement.

Now, as for the team functioning as a whole, I don't see why you've lost so many battles. This team isn't "terrible". The movesets need nitpicking and Gatr needs replacement, but I think the problem is you don't really know how to use these sets or you're just incredibly unlucky. You may want something with Thunder Wave that can handle things like the irritating Registeel you mentioned.

    ~EarthquakeSuperpower imo.
~Swords DanceDD, It gives the speed that Feraligatr so badly needs. Bulk Up works too

Subs, Focus Punch, Poison Jab, Sucker Punch.
The Subs hp loss is easily made up for through Dry Skin & Leftovers. F-Punch is obvious, Poison Jab for STAB, and Sucker Punch since most people will be using direct offense to get rid of your subs.

Dry Skin+Life Orb still gives it 2.5% HP, even after Life Orb. Cross Chop is good for STAB and 2OHKOs Chanseys. Poison Jab is something I don't really use, but it's there for STAB too. Feraligatr is pretty much useless, as the above has said. A replacement is highly recommendable.

    ~Waterfall

    ~Night Slash

No Stone Edge since its accuracy may screw you up completely.
