    Uxie @Choice Scarf
    Bold
    252 HP / 104 Def / 152 Spd

    -Trick
    -Stealth Rock
    -Thunder Wave
    -U-Turn

Okay this is an offensive lead, which i now use instead of claydol.
The idea is to outspeed the opponent, and so far only ambipom has beaten me, to use trick, and lock the other lead into one(preferably nonDamaging) attack. then super fang to weaken it for the revenge kill, or soften the switch in.
Then the switch in will most likely attack, which is where suckerpunch comes in. this isnt as tried as the others so im open to change in it set.

    Venusaur@Leftovers
    252Spd 252atk 4HP
    Jolly
    -Sleep powder
    -Swords Dance
    -Power whip
    -Earthquake

Pretty standard for venusaur i think, Speed gives chance to sleep the opponent and give it chance to set up. Its poison type absorbs toxic spikes should they have been laid, and the power whip earthquake combo is resisted as far as i know only by weezing. I generally prefer his coverage in the early/mid game as opposed to Miltank.

    Speaking of which:
    Weezing@nothing
    252HP 104Def 152SpD
    Levitate
    careful
    -sludge Bomb
    -Pain split
    -Will-o-wisp
    -Substitute

Im debating weezings usefulness in the team, as his main purpose is to cripple enemies. I already have 2 TrickScarfers and yeah i was goning totry opting for a Sp.attacking Role, with Sludge bomb in there. Advice?

    Miltank@Leftovers
    252HP 152 SpD 104 Def
    Scrappy
    Impish
    -Heal Bell
    -Milk Drink
    -Body Slam
    -Curse

this is also a pretty standard Miltank set i believe. Heal bell to remove status, then if i manage to survive and milk drink, then i'll start cursing, and Scrappy is to make sure those ghosts can also be hurt should his be my last pokemon. I think its farily good late game.

    Spiritomb@Choice scarf
    252HP 140Def 116SpDef
    Levitate
    Calm
    -Trick
    -Dark Pulse
    -Pain split
    -Taunt

the aim here is to switch into a normal or fighting attack from 'lee or hariyama, then give it the scarf. Then i can either taunt or damage the switch in. Pain split is pretty self explanitory.

    Cloyster@Leftovers
    252HP 252SpDef 4Def
    Shell armor
    Careful
    -Spikes
    -Rapid Spin
    -Ice shard
    -Explosion

okay my main entry hazad related pokemon. set up spikes, rapid spin to remove theirs. Ice shard takes a sizable chunk out of swellow, Venusaur, or torterra to name a few if they try setting up. He also isnt afraid to explode.

so guys, be honest, rip my team to shreds if you want, because tbh i want to have the best chance of winning in UU. while dont want to make any roster changes bar weezing, i would like advice on movesets and EV sreads..

    thanks

Why are you even using Furret? It's a terrible Pokemon in UU. Heck, it's even a terrible Pokemon in NU. DynamicPunch is a terrible move if you don't have No Guard, since it will miss half the time. There are plenty of other Pokemon that can learn Trick/Switcheroo. One of the best TrickScarf leads is Uxie.

    Uxie @Choice Scarf
    Bold
    252 HP / 104 Def / 152 Spd

    -Trick
    -Stealth Rock
    -Thunder Wave
    -U-Turn

Uxie also gives you a Stealth Rock user, since nothing else on your team has it.

Weezing is a good UU Pokemon, but using Thief is a bad idea. You might even get a bad item like Flame Orb or a useless item like Choice Band. Plus, you have no other attacking moves so how do you beat something like Houndoom?

Okay, seriously, your EVs suck. READ THIS:

How to EV a Pokemon defensively

If Pokemon's HP < Defense/Sp Defense, max out HP first
    Examples: Shuckle, Dusknoir, Bronzong

If Pokemon's HP > Defense/Sp Defense, max out Defense and/or Sp Defense first
    Examples: Blissey, Snorlax, Wobbuffet

If Pokemon's HP is equal or nearly equal to Defense/Sp Defense, max out HP first
    Example: Celebi, Jirachi, Nidoqueen

Example: Let's take 2 Spiritombs with the same IVs and the same level. Spiritomb 1 will have max HP EVs and the rest split in both defenses. Spiritomb 2 will have max EVs in both defenses and only 4 in HP.

    Spiritomb 1 with 252 HP / 140 Def / 116 SpDef (neutral nature)
    Spiritomb 2 with 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SDef (neutral nature)

Here's how much damage they will take from the following attacks:

STAB Earthquake from Pokemon with 300 Attack:

    Spritomb 1: 36.8% - 43.8%
    Spritomb 2: 42.6% - 50.8%

STAB Flamethrower from Pokemon with 300 Special Attack:

    Spritomb 1: 35.9% - 42.8%
    Spritomb 2: 40.9% - 48.3%

As you can see, Spiritomb 1 takes less damage from both Special and Physical attacks than Spiritomb 2 even though Spiritomb 2 has more EVs in both defenses. This shows you how important HP is for a wall that has less HP than defenses.

Please change your Pokemon's EVs accordingly.

okay thanks, i tok on your changes to spiritomb, weezing, furret,Miltank and cloyster.
I wasnt sure what to do EV wise with cloyster due to its 180-45 defenses
