UU teams?

Ubers: No.

OU: Yes.

Unless the uber team is a 10 year old with an Adamant Mewtwo.

That surprisingly fits my brother's description! :O!

well, there's a chance, but it'll be really tough. it's nearly impossible against ubers but if you get a slowbro to calm mind up you may stand a chance against ubers. OU's definitely. Of course this relies heavily on the skill of your opponent.

sharpedo and wailord could do serious damage to some ubers. they'd both of course need choice scarf.

it really depends on skill.

UU pokemon pack a surprise because you never know whats coming. Thats what I like.

except UU pokemon are becoming OU because so many people use UUs know,

The OUs are now UUs!

you're kidding right? OU becoming UU? i still see starmie, porygon Z, blissey, garchomp, tyranitar, skarmory, salamence, Azelf, Aerodactyl on every other team. blissey's practically on every single team to be exact.

I've only seen one sharpedo all this time i battle on wifi. How's that for UU?

Generally speaking, OUs are OUs because they're powerful. UUs can also be good but they're not as good - either they fill a role another guy can do but better, or they do something interesting and different but have a weakness which undermines them.

If you have a better balanced team or are a more skilful player, there's no reason why you can't beat an OU team. You may also have some cunning strategy that uses UU Pokes in an unanticipated manner which gives you an edge. Sometimes you'll have a gap in your squad which, due to typing or an unusual movepool, a UU poke fills better than any OU poke. But put two equally good players up against each other, one with an entirely OU team and the other with an entirely UU team - most of the time the OU team will win.

What a wonderfully well-put statement. If you use a UU team, you gotta be ahead of the game. To me, if you can make a UU team work, just think of what you can do with an OU team.

Uu? what About Tangrowth? there are Many others as well too. Edit: Leafeon?Glaceon?

not true. I hardly use any of the above pokemon that you just mentioned. Blissey is widely used yes. On every single team? No. Not once has anyone seen me use a blissey =\
