Value my cards? Typhlosion 17 red print mark? Is it real?

    Hi all found my old collection. I havent a clue if I have anything of value here and need a bit of guidance.
    I've basically cam across my old collection from 20+ years ago.
    I have a few Japanese cards I just don't no the names of. Any rough ideas/prices would be great.
    I have a typhlosion number 17 card with a red mark next to it? Is this real definitely printed on the car, I've seen other cards with out it? Can you guys advise me on this.
