    I need a good moveset for a Vaporeon. It looks like it has great potential. I have never used it, and i am tired of using Milotic, so im thinking about putting this on my team. Its going to serve the purpose of a Sp.Wall.

    Nature: Modest/Calm
    EVs: 252 HP/ 172 SP. DEF/ 80 SP ATK

    Surf
    Icebeam
    Toxic/Acid Armor
    Wish/Yawn
     
    Would someone else vouch for this moveset please. I know i will get the best moveset possible if more than one person gives me there opinion. This is a pretty good moveset. Should i really use Acid Armor since it is only going to be a Sp.Wall anyway?

    I dont like relying on toxic because of all the steel types, but which is really better?
     
    Okay, then instead of Toxic, maybe Surf or Ice beam.

    start of with wish. acid armour once is good. then sweep and wish when needed.

    Just don't use Toxic and Baton Pass on the same set.

    It works great for wish passing, and protect when you need the recovery for yourself. Surf and Icebeam and still much of a threat as well. I'm to lazy to get the EV spread, but the nature for it is bold.
     
    There seems to be a lot of different choices. Here are the three moves i will probably be using:

    Ice Beam
    Surf
    Wish

    What should the fourth move be? Its probably Acid Armor right?
     
    Wish can be bad because it takes two turns, but I suppose Vaporeon has the Defense to back it up. Mine works very well with this moveset:

    Aqua Ring
    Baton Pass
    Acid Armour
    Surf/Ice Beam/Toxic

    I personally like Toxic because I EV trained it in Sp.Def and Def. If you're still struggling, this could help: *link removed*
